I have broken about 6 hydraulic floor jacks over the years and wanted to try something different than the standard floor jack so I went with the air model. Having never used one I had no idea how they worked. As it turns out there is an air "motor" that in turn pumps the fluid to the piston. The jack is only 100 lbs so it is a lot easier to maneuver than the heavy standard floor jack. And with a regular floor jack, once you get the lifting part under the axle there is not enough room to pump the handle, unless you get one or the HUGE 400 lb jacks. I am only ...
